An indefinite warranty is provided for all products of Jewel Cocktail, with the exception of consumables. The warranty covers malfunctions and defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer (as a result of defects / errors).
The warranty does not apply to breakdowns caused by:
- violation of the rules of operation
- obvious mechanical damage
- attempts of independent or extraneous repair
- violations of the rules of storage and transportation
- natural wear of the product
In case of detection of a factory defect, its elimination is guaranteed at the expense of the manufacturer.
The term of the indefinite warranty on the product corresponds to the service life of the product.
